We’re at the start of our journey
Obi & Stevenson was founded in 2020. We are setting out to build a successful business that can provide best in class service design services to a multitude of clients, in the public and private sectors. We are at the start of our journey and are excited about the future.
Our values
Quality
We aspire to deliver top quality services to all of our clients and we work with them to define and achieve their goals. We want our services to include aspirational and innovative features, We’d like our services to not feel out of place if they were featured in an episode of Star Trek.
Transparency
We work transparently with all of our clients, which includes operating with honesty and integrity. None of our work is done behind closed doors or without client engagement. We believe in showing work clearly and early, even if it’s not quite finished yet.
Fairness
As the business grows, fairness will be key to how we operate and work as a team. It is important to that if others join me in future they share fairly in the successes of the organisation and that each member of the team treats all others with the respect and kindness that we all deserve.
